Get baton training for self-defense over the internet if nothing else.  There are laws governing the sale and use of batons at this in some locations of our country.  You will need to check with local law enforcement to find out if there are any laws in your area you need to be concerned with.  Even the elderly can defend themselves with a baton.

Some police departments even offer baton self-defense training to the public.  With the way economy is today, everyone should learn how to defend themselves.  You may have to protect your own kids from would be attackers one day.  Think of saving a group of young children from an insane person with a gun, without having to fire a single shot.

Batons do not require expensive ammunition.  Supply the striking force yourself!  You may be the only adult with any self-defense training in the area, when someone attacks…

In 2013, the urologist who surgically placed my sub-pubic catheter in my body was scheduled to see me about the excessive scar tissue my body had building up from the surgery back three years earlier.  I thought the plan we had discussed was to electrically remove the scar tissue.  He is trying to convince me that my body was rejecting the site placement, so it needs to be moved to a different site.

Really do not want to go through with the surgery again, but it looks like there is no other option.  Woke up as he started cutting into my pubic area back in 2010.  Could not give me anymore anesthesia to put me back under, so I was awake and felt every cut he made.  Still hurt from the last surgery!  Nobody seems to take me seriously.  It is my body, after all.  Just want to stop hurting.
