If you’re a Powerhouse, God-loving woman (that happens to be single), and like me, you’ve had to learn to grow up at a young age…

maybe this has been a time to re-evaluate things.

Maybe you’ve started to realize that you’ve been there for a lot of people as a source of love, encouragement, acceptance, and you’re recognizing that you have a need too but don’t know how to get it.

You’re not alone.

And here’s the thing…spending more time at home causes us all to think a little more.

In times like this, the bare necessities and our basic human needs become very apparent and what is NOT important becomes even more apparent.

As someone that has been almost forced into having to grow up at a young age because of family life, you can imagine how that affected my ability to allow others to meet my needs and offer strength in my life.

If you’re anything like me, relationships can almost be a reminder that nobody will be able to take care of you like you can.

And that can feel lonely.

It not only affects your dating life, but your other closest relationships too.

We serve a community of christian women that want to get extremely healthy in their dating life so they can marry an amazing, godly man and we checked in with our clients this week several times to find that they are really seeing this time as an opportunity to work through triggers, past pain, loneliness, and relationship fears.

The truth is, this time can be an invitation to grow and confront the feelings that come to the surface.

Letting people in close can feel scary. But as we can see with current events, that sometimes we don’t have a choice.

The only way to become powerful when pain and triggers come up, is by identifying what pain from your past is actually being triggered.

What deficit or pain from childhood is getting poked on.

After having gone through the process of confronting my past and childhood pain for the past 10 years, I learned some necessary steps that I think could really help you too.

This week, I’m giving away a free copy of the Heart Hack Guide.

The Heart Hack Guide takes 5-7 minutes to go through and it will help you identify triggers and unresolved pain and unmet needs at their root so you can do dating well without projecting pain and deficits onto men so you can enjoy the process and find someone that loves and connects as an equal.

It will help you:

–Identify the deep desires connected to dating/marriage
–Show you the pain and unmet needs you’ve carried since childhood
–And walk you through how to enter dating satisfied, not in desperation
