There is usually a huge lack of communication in most conflicts. This stems from people being hard headed or set in their ways to listen to the others involved. Each stake holder has a different perspective, and their situations are dictated by their life experiences. Issues such as: cultural identity, background, social engagement, psychological and emotional issues, and outside forces influence decision making capabilities.
The biggest problem we face is a lack of communication in our lives. We expect others to know what we need and what we want, when in reality, I have to make the effort to explain my point of view or bad things can happen.
