This weekend, while cooking these two lovely Boston Butts, I decided on the name for my fledgling barbecue business: Johnny Bronco’s Barbecue. Where did the name come from? My Boxer, Johnny Bronco.
The problem with Johnny Bronco is he doesn’t like to have his picture taken, so I’m going to have a hard time to get the perfect mug shot to go on my truck and my bottles of barbecue sauce. If any of you have any ideas on how to encourage him to willing look directly at the camera and smile I would greatly appreciate it.
