Thank you for sharing the love. I just want to mention, I misspoke and said olive oil has a high smoke point, but in fact, it has a LOW smoke point, which is why it can burn easily. I apologize for my faux pas. 🙂

Aww you’re so welcome! Never apologize we’re all human mistakes are part of life. I love your channel and enjoy your recipes!!! My husband is a chef of 30 years, 22 years in the Army and that’s what he did culinary. He did one episode for the Food Network for veterans. So cooking is something that is big in our home. He loves working a knife and can work it well. My 17 year old is in culinary with VoTech right now 🙂
