Day 6 of 10 of our prayer & fasting:⠀⠀
⠀⠀
•James 5:14-16 “Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”⠀⠀
⠀⠀
•The scripture plainly teaches us to pray over the sick. Prayer unites heaven and earth, and invites Gods presences and power into any and every situation. We believe anything God did at any other place, He can do here. Anything He did through any other person He can do through you. Anything He did at any other time He can do now. So why not pray? James also says, “You have not because you ask not.” Maybe you have been holding onto a sickness, addiction, or ailment, for far too long. Do you believe He can heal you? Then why not pray?⠀⠀
⠀⠀
•6:00am prayer in the auditorium continues, join us as we pray! ⠀⠀
