My favorite part of working at MV is the feeling of family and knowing I am part of something that is truly “HELPING PEOPLE AND FAMILIES WIN”. Whether it is during the work week or on a Sunday, no one hesitates to step in and step up. I love the teamwork that happens around here and the love that everyone has not only for the individual employee but for their entire family. ⠀

Helping first time people on Sundays and then watching their excitement for the Lord grow, as they grow spiritually, is one of the most amazing things about my job. I love being front and center in the MV Lobby to give a smile, hug, prayer or praise to someone that needs it. I also love seeing all the hard work that happens behind the scenes come to fruition. MV Sunday Celebrations are absolutely the best and it’s because of the prayers, spiritual commitment, love and time that is invested by the people that call MV home! ⠀
