In the end, the believer has pushed someone away from the kingdom truth that he preached. He was right about his proposition but has not a seasoned and winsome approach. With time we see that winning the person through love and patience is better than winning the argument at the expense of the relationship. What would be better: win the argument because you are right, or, win the person and make it easier for them to come to see the truth?
