Just putting this out there, I ordered this item on Amazon from this seller and it reads delivered and never received my package. Could be that the post office delivered it elsewhere but I never received it.
I contacted the company and this is the response I received:
Hello The tracking number states: Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 11:05 am on December 31, Hello The tracking number states: Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 11:05 am on December 31, 2015 in ELOY, AZ 85131. You will have to contact your local post office and let them know you did not receive this like they said. They will talk to the mail man who delivered it and open an investigation. Thank you
I filed and Amazon claim and got a refund on a gift card but I wouldn’t order from this company simply because they don’t find a real resolution to the issue.

My brother had that happen to him. Then one day the stuff like a year and a half later just showed up at his door and he didn’t know what it was. And he found out later and was happy, but still. It took a whole year and a half to get stuff from that one seller person.

It happened to me several times. I called the seller and told them I haven’t received the stuff and they said according to FedEx , the packaged had been delvered already. “Maybe the package thieves stole it ? I said no, my mother is always at hoem, and without fail, our 2 dogs bark like heck if someone’s at he door. ” So, they sent me another, I got it after 3 days….then the original packaged arrived one week after. They should be glad I was honest enough to return the duplicate.

I’ve had this happen a few times. So frustrating, granted my companies just gave me a refund immediately.
