I am reaching out to my fellow readers. I’ve been at this blogging thing for a long time now. I have never made a penny from keeping this up. I do find it soothing and blogging is something I love to do. On a side note, I am trying to reach out for donations of cement. I am in desperate need of cement to redo our basement which has been flooding for some time now. They are putting that new fiber internet in our town and after the installation, it seems our home has been ruined. Well, our basement. If I would have known the devastation this installation would have done to our home I would have seen if we could have opted completely out. The entire city is getting done so it is not something that I sought out to do. Our home is built in 1900 and I have six children at home still and am always on the struggle bus payday to payday trying to accomplish all of my goals. Needless to say, I am falling short in this department of life. I know the cement isn’t much but I have spent so much on hydraulic cement and pumps and cinderblocks and waterproofing material and who knows what else I have bought for this basement. Flexseal which DOES NOT work. At least from my experience with Flexseal, it didn’t work and is very hard to use. If anyone is willing to help us out there is a Lowe’s about an hour and a half from us and a Home Depot about an hour from us. Where we could pick up bags from the store. I have a donation button on my site. I have really never asked for anything in my life this is a first for me. If anyone does find it in their hearts to donate thank you! I need cement to get the entire basement floor done and cement up walls as well. The joys of life I tell you. Have a beautiful day y’all!!!
