Left remains silent on prominent Democrat donor’s criminal conviction

I will have to look up Ed Buck now. 4 yrs is not a Public & Speedy Trial. Don’t both sides have that right? Complicated trials, Discovery, Etc… You don’t really have a choice but to waive it.

The General Public consistently sees these cases drawn out forever. It doesn’t exactly encourage anyone to take a stand and do what’s right.

When I took a stand & loudly spoke up about Fresno Police Dept destroying my video evidence & keeping my cell phone after a petty minor arrest. My very first at 57 yrs old. I had no idea how vicious the Blue Line Gang is… within a week I was in a mental institution and my truck had been towed away.

Cops do what the Democrats or the Republicans tell them to do, allow them to, let them do. Mayor is the Gang Leader. Sheriff’s don’t need one.

Mayor Jerry Dyer used his Power & Influence as Police Chief, while still Chief to wiggle his way onto the 2020 Mayoral Ballot. Incumbent stepped aside, 3 wks after The Democrats put Janz, a prosecutor up against him. The Chief announced his New Plan to be Mayor. He was forced to step down from his post early.

I happened to get arrested 6/8/19 shortly after Dyer announced & I had very valid objections. I started recording the Circus after I called for a Supervisor. The BWC is not at all flattering to Jerry Dyer. He was not a Resident but he was raising money.
His officers were violating my rights on my camera. I spoke freely in front of numerous witnesses & Cctv cameras

Local laws got modified on 6/13/19 it took me 8 mos to get my truck back. I received Zero Cooperation from Fresno.

I hired a local lawyer. That was a disaster.
He was obviously a Dyer Fan. Instead of leaving me able to act as my own attorney, which was our agreement. I have a warrent and no lawyer.

I desperately need someone else, a press organization or a lawyer to request the BWC video. M19923620

Dyer has a dead cop & a dead activist, a drug ring, an auto chop shop ring, multiple law suits by his employees, racist & sexists remarks. 2 extremely poor performance reviews by outside independent ethics organizations, not to mention over 50 OIS of unarmed suspects. All justified. How the hell did he survive 18 yrs as Chief of Police with all that going on, if people were not afraid of him?

I believe that the Council & the Mayor are afraid of him. He bullied his way in. After Lt Jose Moralez I think the City Leaders were afraid of him. After John Lang everybody else was scared of him, too.

The community has cried out #FireDyer & held Protests. Instead of being rid of the man in 2015 if not sooner. He was shoved down our throats by the Fresno County GOP. He professes that everyone was encouraging him to run. When? in 2024? Did Lee Brand decide early May he changed his mind, and immediately everyone was telling Jerry what? His house was already on the market, had been for months.
I drove the farthest than I ever have to Vote in Fresno. That could mean a lot less polling places. Heavy police presence in South Fresno absolutely would keep some from Voting. I don’t know. Turnout seemed low.

I do know I can easily prove a pattern & practice of bias, misconduct, False Police reports, probation officers, predatory towing & policing practices going back 10 yrs or more. My sister was in & out of jail.
Fresno had her on CrimeStoppers. They extradited her back from Nevada.Twice with in a few yrs.

I know you probably can’t help me. I hear that alot. Maybe one of your readers will take pity on me. I was on the mend from Breast Cancer. New to Disabilty when this nightmare began.

I had to pull equity out of my house, just to get my truck back & hire a lawyer. Maybe just the exposure will raise awareness & prevent this from happening to someone else.
