Obligation: an act to which a person is morally or legally bound.

I’m back again with some more content! So, I had a lightbulb moment this morning and I couldn’t seem to shake the idea!! I mean, it literally wouldn’t leave my mind all day.
Today, I will be discussing false obligations and the act of abnegation – two things I commonly see in vulnerable people. I have written the definition of both terms above, but in order for you to grip the depth of these terms, I will use analogies.
