Easy right? Nope, gotta have a bunch of conflict, drama, game-playing and passive/aggressive behavior for days, weeks or even years before finally opening up and talking about what’s been bothering us (or at least, today’s version).
When someone won’t tell you why they’re mad it’s because it really doesn’t have anything to do with you and more about how they feel about themselves; they know how petty they’ll sound and are embarrassed to come out and say it for fear of exposing themselves as insecure and weak.
The irony is, being vulnerable IS a show of strength.
