There is something very comfortable about comfort zones!!!
The daily routine…plans set in “stone”…no curve balls…no surprises…it’s life on cruise control….auto-pilot. NORMAL 😁
Then change is thrown at us. We naturally do not like change. We object. We fuss. We have rationale on why the change won’t work. We can easily identify a plethora of reasons why we can’t be a part of it…We just plain reject it…
The truth about change is that it is THE catalyst for growth and improvement. Many people want better opportunities and a better way of life, yet they are unwilling to make the investments necessary to facilitate it.
Organizations change. Their entire goal is to grow the organization, to expand, to improve and diversify. In order to grow with the organization, you must grow. Continual education, additional training and certifications, relocation and a different skillset.
We will fail, but we will learn. Then we grow. Then we change.
Life provides us an adventure to experience. There are risks for us to take. This is what should motivate us and get us up in the morning. Let us look for opportunities to be a part of change…to be a change agent! Make yourself more valuable to your career, relationships, faith and interests by being fresh and new, not stale and a dinosaur!
Let us accept the challenge to improve through change. Let’s get out of our comfort zone and get out on the limb where the fruit is…
Let’s turn the page and begin writing a new chapter!
Have a great week and remember, God loves YOU!
