This is Phillip Silas Wriston ……….He is a RUNAWAY!! He walked away last Thursday (April 16th)…..The Police and CPS (Child Protective Service) are looking for him! I would NOT want him found in my car or in my house!! If you know where Phillip is call the Police or CPS……He has a Little Brother and Mom at home who loves him!!!
