January 25, 2020 – Page 2 – Momentary Lapse Of Sanity

In recent months I’ve reconnected with a handful of ministry friends who I haven’t seen in years.
.
For whatever reason our level of contact had dropped off, even stopped completely … until now.
.
In the past 24 hours I’ve reconnected with another. He and his wife had just been thinking of me and felt to reach out.
.
And then I heard it – “I am repairing the nets”.

.
At the same time I had a vision of ropes being connected to each other which created a huge net.
.
Not strings, or cords but big, strong ropes.
.
Then I saw people walking and climbing on these nets which were draped and suspended in the air and over posts and other non-descript structures.
.

I even googled “nets to walk on” because I hadn’t seen this before and turns out there’s a whole “safety net” industry. Nets that are used to protect people from falls in pre-existing buildings and construction sites.
.
I also discovered there is a thing called Rope Nets (see pic 2).

This is what I feel. That old relationships are being rekindled and resurrected for kingdom purposes. He is building something new that requires the safety of these nets.
.
Some relationships are for the past but there are select ones that the Lord is reaching back for and bringing into the present.
.
They are people of experience and maturity, many Ephesians 4:11 ministries, who have been proven faithful over time and testing.
.
And these “safety nets” of relationship that the Lord is forming will also provide safe passage for others to walk on. They create a “non-slip” surface.
.
I’d be interested to know if anyone else has been experiencing this rekindling of friendships or has had a similar revelation recently? 🆚🙏 💁🏻‍♀️
