One thing my instructor drilled in hematology training was to clean the microscope when you were done using it. He got mad if there was any oil left on it when he went to use it. So to this day it still sticks with me there is something so wrong when I get behind a scope and it hasn’t been cleaned prior to use. I trained in 1992 – 1993 so maybe I’m a little old school but I still follow his rule. It is reminiscent of be kind and rewind.

And you’ll be dope to 🙂
