Lol still playing in the kitchen. This morning a traditional Polish Babka, not quite a cake or bread but in between. A rich treat, this one with 15 egg yolks, butter, raisins, vanilla, milk and sugar. Baked in a bundt pan and they were not cooperating in sliding out. This one difficult to make. A tradition for Christmas and Easter.
1 cup milk
3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 packages active dry yeast
1/4 cup lukewarm water
2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
15 large room-temperature egg yolks
