I admit, I love Santa Claus and the his reindeer. We grew up having Christmas Eve as our main Christmas Event. Church then home for The Biblical Christmas Reading. Gifts were opened then. We celebrated ADVENT all through December. We had a huge manger scene that we kept adding to and a smaller one that was a family heirloom.
Our family was always able to separate the two versions of Christmas.
Christmas morning we went to church.
Later we would open our Santa Gifts and Stockings.
Family Time.
Loved this post.
