Oh they are for sure. I had to pull over and wait that one out. When I got on the road the dust rolled in and it was zero percent visibility. Just crazy. While walking back to my car that day I was eating dust and had dust in my eyes. I just felt so gritty.

We don’t get those in DFW. We just get tornados, copper heads, rattlesnakes, stickers, coyotes… But no dust storms!
That does sound pretty awful, though…

We get rattlesnakes, coyotes, and stickers to haha! I used to live in Oklahoma and there I had tornadoes but not here in Arizona 🙂

Yeah, we’re not breaking 110 anytime in the next few days, so I guess I’m quite thankful to be in DFW at the moment.
How in the world does anyone survive these climates? Makes me miss New England. (Hell, even North Carolina was better than this…)
