I apologize I’ve been incognito lately.  I have been so sick for quite some time now flu and now a horrible ear infection.  I was in the emergency room last weekend for my ear and when they checked me in my resting pulse rate was 137 from all the pain I was in.  It’s definitely been a journey this year with being sick.  On Thanksgiving, I spent the day in bed I couldn’t move it felt like I was run over by a semi.  I have an amazing husband who is so supportive of me in my times of need and I am so thankful to him.  I really am trying to will myself better but the struggle has been real for sure.
