I’m so tired of getting these partial videos where you can not assess the situation in its entirety.
If you’re African American and are worried about a police stop then videotape from the beginning.
If you go back and listen to the video at about 6:44 she contradicts herself many times. The first statement that she says is what she wants the world to think and the second statement is the truth in my opinion.
Hopefully, the officer had dash cam and body cam for this stop.
There are many scenarios that could have happened.
Maybe he didn’t tell the cop that he had a gun, the officer sees the gun when he is reaching for his wallet, the officer orders him “don’t move“, he keeps on moving and he gets shot because the officer is fearing for his life.
What was the tone of voice used with the officer, were they questioning the officer, antagonizing him, knowing the full circumstances behind the event will shed so much light on this entire situation.
Acting suspicious and scared because you’ve broken the law already when you are pulled over and are scared that you could be going to jail could play a lot into how everything played out in this scenario.
Did she and her boyfriend tell the officer immediately “Sir, we have weed in the car along with a gun.”
The driver shows you what she wants you to see and skews the situation so you think that the officer is in the wrong and that they are angels, not criminals.
The video that this lady made will come into a court of law and will be taken apart by lawyers, a jury, and a judge. This video will help the police officer because of all the inconsistencies in her statements.
In the end, this video just might hang her in a court of law.
Her words in this video “they shot him 4 times, he’s licensed to carry, we had a busted tail light and some weed in the car that’s about it.”
You admitted to a crime on video that you have some weed in the car and expect no repercussions.
In Minnesota, if you have >1.5 ounces of weed it is a felony charge.
The accusations made against the police department in Minnesota, in the subsequent video interview, better be based on more than hot air.
Thinking that you made a case on Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, etc…
News flash there is still a court of law that awaits you.
Thinking that you are getting paid fast money for this police shooting are your delusions of grandeur.
