Just putting this out there, I ordered this item on Amazon from this seller and it reads delivered and never received my package. Could be that the post office delivered it elsewhere but I never received it.
I contacted the company and this is the response I received:
Hello The tracking number states: Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 11:05 am on December 31, Hello The tracking number states: Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 11:05 am on December 31, 2015 in ELOY, AZ 85131. You will have to contact your local post office and let them know you did not receive this like they said. They will talk to the mail man who delivered it and open an investigation. Thank you
I filed and Amazon claim and got a refund on a gift card but I wouldn’t order from this company simply because they don’t find a real resolution to the issue.
