This is great,I was a professional chef/cook for to many years,that exactly what is like to be on the front lines,it mite appear to be scary but just think what it’s like to cook150 meals between 5/9pm at nite,in the dead of summer and it’s hotter the h—which means it’s at least 10 degrees hotter in the kitchen

Oh my!!! We enjoy eating and do not know the hard work done by people in the kitchen. I can not imagine the pressure of making 150 meals?! And heat in the kitchen. Must be very exhausting! I am more appreciative now. Thank you for this input : )
