You feel yourself going down that well worn road again. This time your ready for it though. So you go to the doctors, he not only increases the dose of your anti-depressant but gives you a second one.
What do you do then?
You start drinking so not only is the drink making you low but you can’t take your medication because you’ve been drinking.
In my case they should stop calling it depression and call it Self Destruction!
